Umbrail, a brand from Brescia made in Italy, launches its new summer jersey “Curidùr”, a high-quality technical garment that celebrates an anecdote linked to a special meeting between Ernesto Colnago and Cannavina, the brand’s founder.
The history
The “Curidùr” jersey has a clean and essential design on the front, while on the back stands out the inscription “Curidùr”, a tribute to the term used by Ernesto Colnago to refer to the founder of Umbrail Cannavina, at the time dilettante runner of Zoccorinese-Vellutex, team that used bicycles Colnago. «Over time – says Nicola – I understood that Ernesto used this word for all the runners whose name he did not remember with certainty. Certainly not used exclusively for me, but it remains a nice anecdote to remember those times and to give a nice name to this product».
The jersey “Curidùr”
The mesh is made with two different types of fabrics, designed to ensure breathability and lightness. The sleeves, in particular, are made with a lighter fabric to promote ventilation and keep the body cool even on hot days. The fit is unisex and slim fit, adapting perfectly to the body shapes without excessive constraints.
The “Curidùr” is equipped with four pockets, one of which on the left side – now characteristic feature of the Umbrail shirts – to offer ample space even for the collection of waste such as used gels or snack cards and bars. The functional SLR ensures greater visibility in low light conditions, increasing safety during your evening outings.
The jersey is available in five different colours, to suit every cyclist’s taste. The sizes range from XXS to XL, ensuring a perfect fit for any build.
