SHIPMENTS
Umbrail usually sends the day following the order and payment or within the second working day. Shipping costs vary from the country of destination goods:

Above a certain amount the shipment is free. For example, you can get free shipping on all orders above:

- Other countries of the European Union € 150,00 (including Switzerland)
Goods sold outside the European Union are sold net of VAT: the country of destination may apply the equivalent of VAT and / or import taxes. Deliveries will be made via international express couriers.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
In compliance with EU regulations on deferred sales, EU citizens have the right to return the purchased goods on the umbrail.it website within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of receipt and to obtain a refund, provided they are in perfect condition and original packaging. Return costs are charged to the customer. After receipt of the goods, Umbrail will check the state of conservation and the receipt of purchase: if the returned goods are in perfect condition and supplied with the original packaging, Umbrail will refund the amount of the goods, including transport costs , within 14 days of receipt of the same, using the same method chosen by the customer for payment.
